In 2004, Urlacher provided Bunjee Billiards International, Inc with development services for proprietary software created to collect, manage, and publish pool league data over the Internet.

During 2002-03, Urlacher provided Instroke Sports, LLC, a billiard cue case manufacturer, with a variety of services including Graphic Design, Web design, and B2B Web programming (over 3.5 MB of PERL for MySQL integration and dynamic HTML content generation).

In addition to the 4,600 hours of vocational training listed below, Urlacher completed a two year (4,000 hr.) apprenticeship under sponsorship of Trades Place Area Vocational School for the field of Graphic Design - Web Design & Desktop Publishing.

While attending Trades Place Area Vocational School, Urlacher worked as a para-professional. His duties there required him to learn about UNIX/Linux operating systems, computer networking, Internet technologies, and administration of the school's Graphic Arts intranet. Under supervision of the school's Graphic Arts program, Urlacher developed the school's first intranet-based interactive education environment. (1,200 Hrs)
