Created in 1990 as a spare-time educational endeavor of Rogers State College freshman John Urlacher, "Spark-IT" first debuted on the business scene in 1991.
Spark Information Technology (Spark-IT) is now a Colorado based business owned by the newly formed Spark-IT Group, LLC.
